What kinds of certificates can I\/will I receive?<\/h4>\r\n

Included with the calibration costs you will receive: In and Out of Tolerance, Before & After Readings, and Traceability.<\/span> If Test Uncertainty is required, that is available for $25 per certificate.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Can you\u00a0<\/span><\/span>email<\/span><\/span>\u00a0certificates?<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\r\n

Yes. ISL can email .pdf certificates if the customer requests that format. If you prefer this service, please let us know when you set up\u00a0<\/span><\/span>you<\/span>r<\/span><\/span> account with us.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n

How do I set up an account?<\/h4>\r\n

When you contact us to set up an account, we will request certain information. Please refer to our<\/span> New Customer Documents. <\/a>We will need a contact name, mailing\/shipping address, type of cert requested, form of payment, and any other information pertinent to your calibration needs.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Is a purchase order required?<\/h4>\r\n

We highly recommend that our customers provide a purchase order with each order.\u00a0 If that is not possible, the customer must complete the<\/span> ISL-Customer-Credit-Application<\/a> and submit it with the instrument for calibration.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Is an RMA required?<\/h4>\r\n

No. We track instruments via our issued test number and your purchase order.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

How do I obtain a quote? What information do I need to provide?<\/h4>\r\n

You can get a quote by contacting us by phone at\u00a0<\/span><\/span>(317)<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>787-6578<\/span><\/span>, by email, or by filling out\u00a0<\/span>our<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>online quote form<\/span><\/span><\/a>. To get the most\u00a0<\/span>timely<\/span>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span>accurate<\/span>\u00a0quote, we ask that the customer supply us with the Manufacturer, Model Number, and Nomenclature. If a manufacturer or model number\u00a0<\/span><\/span>is<\/span><\/span>\u00a0not available, we ask that you at least provide the range and tolerance of the instrument.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n

By appointment only<\/em><\/span><\/span>. Call\u00a0<\/span><\/span>(317<\/span>)\u00a0<\/span>787-6578<\/span><\/span>\u00a0or\u00a0<\/span><\/span>email<\/span><\/span><\/a>\u00a0to arrange an appointment.\u00a0<\/span>If you have an emergency, by all means let us know<\/span><\/span>,<\/span><\/span>\u00a0and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.<\/span>\u00a0 There are\u00a0<\/span>expediting<\/span>\u00a0options available. There is a 3-day\u00a0<\/span><\/span>turnaround<\/span><\/span>\u00a0option available for a 50% charge on top of the original calibration cost, and a 1-day\u00a0<\/span><\/span>turnaround<\/span><\/span>\u00a0option for a 100% charge. To make sure things go as smoothly as possible, rush jobs are to be made by appointment only. We also recommend that any expediting be specified on the customer\u2019s purchase order.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n
